All functions of the TALENT HUB are free of charge!

The TALENT HUB is open to anyone interested in searching for jobs and companies in Austria and also for an overview of international specialists in specific branches. You can use an advanced search to make precise entries on the desired conditions of a job or applicant. However, some important functions are only available in registered and logged-in mode.

If you are unable to register, there may be various reasons for this:

• You are a company or recruitment agency and are not based in Austria, then unfortunately you cannot use the TALENT HUB.
• If you are not an international specialist or an Austrian living abroad, then unfortunately you are not the TALENT HUB's target audience.
• Perhaps you or your company were already a customer of ours and we already have your data or the data of your colleagues in the system? Then you can log in directly here with your profile name and password and do not need to register again.
• Have you already sent the registration form? Then we have probably already sent you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. Please use the verification link in this e-mail to successfully complete your registration. Please also check your spam folder for the verification e-mail if it is not in your inbox.
• Please also check whether your email server allows the page. It may be that email servers manage a blacklist and does not allow some pages. Contact your IT department to check if TALENT HUB is on such a blacklist.
• If you really have not received a registration e-mail and have tried all options, please write to us.

There may be various reasons for this:

• The email may have ended up in your spam folder.
• Sometimes the email takes a few minutes longer
• Have you entered an incorrect e-mail address or has the e-mail really not landed in your spam folder? Then please contact us.

• Please check that you have entered the correct profile name. Sometimes there are typing errors.
• Please check that you have entered the correct password and that it is case-sensitive.

Have you forgotten your password? No problem, it happens to everyone. Use the "Forgot password" button to set a new password. Visist the login for skilled workerslogin for skilled workers () or the login for companieslogin for companies (). There you will find "Forgot password", click on it and follow the instructions.

If you have forgotten your profile name, you are welcome to send us an e-mail and we will be happy to help you.

The TALENT HUB is a service for companies based in Austria and is used to advertise jobs in Austria for international specialists. Every job in your company in Austria is welcome on the TALENT HUB. The focus of ABA activities is primarily on the professional fields of IT, electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics and life sciences.

The TALENT HUB has been created exclusively for the following target groups:

• International professionals who do not have Austrian nationality, have completed an education in their home country or another country and want to work in Austria
• International students who are studying or have completed their studies at an Austrian university and want to work in Austria
• Austrians abroad and their partners who are still abroad and want to live and work in Austria again

• By registering, you create a separate company account for your company, which can be used by one or more people, allowing several departments of your company to publish job adverts and search for applicants at the same time.
• You can describe your company, edit at any time, create or upload job adverts yourself and publish them on the TALENT HUB
• Both your job adverts and your company can be searched for and found by applicants.
• Scroll through the published applicant profiles and find suitable candidates. You can save the profiles and compare them in your company account.
• The message center allows you to contact applicants directly via the TALENT HUB and express your interest.
• By entering your email address, you will receive newly published candidate profiles as you wish directly via the TALENT HUB search engine and in line with the qualifications of you have defined. You can change or cancel this function yourself at any time.
• Once you have found the right candidate for your job, you can delete the job advert.
• You can also delete your company account at any time.
• Nobody has access to your company account except you and the co-users you have specified.

• By registering, you create an applicant account for yourself with your personal details, documents and uploaded CV.
• By entering your desired job, the TALENT HUB will automatically match you with suitable jobs and companies on the TALENT HUB.
• You can publish, edit and delete your applicant profile at any time.
• Austrian companies can find your profile, save it, compare it and maybe write you an email expressing their interest.
• Scroll through the published job adverts and companies, use our JobMAPS and search for the best jobs by region.
• You can translate all the job adverts and companies that interest you into different languages.
• Save these jobs and compare them. Write your application to the company.
• The message center allows you to write to TALENT HUB Support if you have any problems or to receive emails from companies.
• By entering your email address, you will receive suggestions of newly published job advertisements or companies according to your wishes and the candidates you have entered. You can change or cancel this function yourself at any time.
• Once you have found the right job for you, you can pause or delete your applicant account.
• Nobody has access to your applicant account except you.

Please make sure that your photo, the photo or the logo of your company has the correct format (jpg) and resolution.

Show what distinguishes your company as an employer or you as an applicant. With lively, meaningful images, you will appear as an authentic employer or employee and thus appeal to the right applicants or companies.

The ABA is a state institution and is subject to Austrian law. Accordingly, the ABA wishes to take every precaution under data protection law to ensure that personal data is not misused or used in any other way. The WORK in AUSTRIA TALENT HUB offers you, as an applicant, the opportunity to be found by Austrian companies on the TALENT HUB based on your qualifications and experience. As soon as a company contacts you or you as a company want to write to an applicant, you have the opportunity to send or receive their contact details and CV.
