Participation in the competition is exclusively subject to and based on these conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.  

The organizer of the competition is Austrian Business Agency GmbH, Opernring 3, 1010 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as “the organizer”).   

All natural persons whose main place of residence is in Austria and who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.  

The prerequisite for participation is the posting of a photo to the competition post “Announcement post of the competition Áustria com sotaque brasileiro” on the ABA Instagram page @workinaustria before the communicated closing date. The organizer reserves the right to delete photos of a racist and/or discriminatory nature immediately, provided that a photo or short video on the topic “Áustria com sotaque brasileiro” is posted before the communicated closing date. The account @workinaustria must be tagged in the post. The organizer reserves the right not to consider photos of a racist and/or discriminatory nature for participation.  

Only one entry per person is possible. Participation via multiple Instagram accounts is not permitted.  

Participation is free of charge from 24.4.2025, 09:00 to 10.05.2025, 23:59 and is possible regardless of the purchase of any service. Only photos submitted on time will be considered.  

The competition may only be used for private purposes.  

After the closing date, 10 x 2 tickets for the event on 17.05.2025 at Kulturhaus Brotfabrik (Absberggasse 27/3, 1100 Vienna) will be drawn at random from all participants.   

Any taxes, duties and costs not included in the prize, such as travel to and from the event and any overnight accommodation, must be borne by the respective winner.  

Settlement of the prize in cash, in other material assets or its transfer to other persons is not possible. Winners may waive their right to the prize. 

The winners will be notified in writing by private message. The winners must contact the organizer by private message within 7 days. The prize will then be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the winner. If the e-mail address provided is incorrect or invalid, the prize cannot be delivered. The organizer is not obliged to investigate correct e-mail addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participants. The entitlement to the prize shall lapse without substitution if the winner does not respond within 7 days. In this case, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner using the same procedure.  

The participant agrees that their winning photo and Instagram name will be published on the ABA Instagram page if they win.  

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation or influence the competition in any way (e.g. through technical manipulation). In the event of exclusion, the organizer may also subsequently revoke and reclaim a prize.   

The organizer points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed; in particular, it accepts no liability for technical defects, faulty data transmissions or other technical difficulties that could affect participation in the competition. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without giving reasons. This does not give rise to any claims against the organizer on the part of the participants; in particular, the organizer accepts no liability for lost chances of winning, a certain quality or value of the prizes. 

The organizer is only liable for direct damage caused by him intentionally or through gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded, except in the case of personal injury.  

Details on data processing by the organizer and your rights can be found here. The data will be deleted one year after the end of the competition. The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Instagram.   

Legal recourse is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to payment of the prize. The entire competition is subject to Austrian law to the exclusion of the conflict of law rules.

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. They shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
